Reiki & Sound Healing
A deeply calming and restorative experience combining the healing frequencies of sound with the gentle energy of Reiki.
Each session begins with sound healing to help relax the body, quieten the mind, and settle the nervous system into a state of deep rest. From this grounded space, Reiki is gently offered to support energetic balance, emotional release, and reconnection to self.
Intuitively guided and held with warmth and care, this session invites you to simply rest, receive, and return to a place of calm, balance, and inner harmony.

Massage &
SouND HEALING
A nurturing blend of grounding back massage followed by restorative sound healing, designed to calm the body, soothe the nervous system, and invite deep relaxation.
The session begins with intuitive massage to release built-up tension and help the body fully unwind. From this relaxed state, gentle sound frequencies are introduced, allowing the vibrations to deepen rest, support emotional softening, and restore balance throughout the body and mind.
Created as a space to slow down, exhale, and receive, this offering supports both physical relaxation and energetic reconnection.
